Coordinated Access to Community Health (CATCH)
CATCH (Coordinated Access to Community Health) is a network of independent safety net clinics offering free and low-cost care to low-income residents. Patients who make less than 200% of the federal poverty level receive free labs, imaging, and X-rays, and referrals. Patients who are above the 200% of the federal poverty level can and/or may receive a reduced price for these services through an agreement with our community partners (see below list).
Since 2006 the CATCH network operates by donated services from community partners, providing care and coordination for patients with complex needs, offering health education, and coordinating resource-sharing between member clinics.
